Two of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's one-hour television specials can be found every weekend on BET.

Time to Live and Saving Kids Like Me, hosted by St. Jude National Outreach Director Marlo Thomas, profiles the inspiring stories of St. Jude patients, their families and the doctors and researchers fighting to save their lives and find cures for catastrophic diseases. The shows alternate in the same time slot every Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. Eastern and Pacific and 1 p.m. Central and Mountain.

The shows focus on St. Jude families who generously offered to share their experience with the public. "Everyone at St. Jude was giving us so much, that we had to give back," said Collen Arceneaux, mother of featured patient, Hayley. "I just knew that if people could see what was really going on here every day, if they could see our story, they would have to help."

In addition to sharing the stories of patients, Saving Kids Like Me and Time to Live spotlight St. Jude's ground-breaking research into childhood cancer, research that has helped the cure rates for childhood cancers from less than 20 percent to more than 70 percent since the hospital opened.
